We are currently expanding and is looking for focused and results-oriented
experienced Recruiters to join our team to provide excellent opportunities in the
areas of accounting, bookkeeping, credit and collections, data entry, finance,
payroll, and taxation, specially in our temporary financial staffing division.  Mitra
Consulting Group also provides full-time, project-dedicated accounting and
finance talent to clients with extended needs.

The ideal candidate can appreciate working in a new startup environment with the
flexibility of making new standards.  This candidate, however, must have a stable
work history, as well as demonstrated success in recruiting, and would enjoy
sharing all the expertise with our team.

As a Recruiter, your job duties include the following:

  • Look for resumes responding to positions currently open
  • Looking for competitive information on resumes
  • Prescreen candidates by phone to determine if they are currently
    employed, interviewing, salary expectations, work history, and skills
  • Set up and conduct interviews
  • Provide correspondence to newly registered candidates
  • Implement skills spreadsheet based on interviewed candidates

Requirements:

  • Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and/or 2+ years
    accounting/finance recruiting experience preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong work ethic
  • Previous executive search experience required
  • Must be self-managed
  • Solid hiring/supervising background
  • Possess skill set/desire for business development
