We are currently expanding and is looking for focused and results-oriented
experienced Sales Consultants to join our team to provide excellent opportunities
in the areas of accounting, bookkeeping, credit and collections, data entry,
finance, payroll, and taxation, specially in our Accounting and Financial
Consulting division.  Mitra Consulting Group also provides full-time, project-
dedicated accounting and finance talents to clients with special and/or extended
needs.

The ideal candidate can appreciate working in a small business environment with
the flexibility of making new standards.  This candidate, however, must have a
stable work history, as well as demonstrated success in Sales, and would enjoy
sharing all the expertise with our team.

As a Sales Consultant, your job duties include the following:
o     Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred.
o     Prescreen potential clients via phone interviews and identify clients’ needs   
   and requirements.
o     Set up appointments for our Finance Consultants by planning and  
   organizing daily work schedule to contact potential clients in your region.
o     Provide feedback from clients by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
   data and trends.
o     Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such
   as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and month and annual territorial
   analysis.
o     Take initiatives to learn service offerings and products as they become
   available and apply new product knowledge in business development
   efforts.

Requirements:
o     Ability to cold call, drive to develop new account relationships
o     Outstanding communication, verbal and written skills
o     Excellent time management skills
o     Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration
   and/or 2+ years accounting/finance Sales experience preferred
o     Highly motivated
o     Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
o     Strong work ethic
o     Previous Sales or Marketing experience required
o     Must be self-managed
o     Possess skill set/desire for Sales/Marketing/Business development

This is initially a commission-based position which may lead to full-time as the
business grows.
