The online package may include any of the following bookkeeping or administrative
services:
1) Bank reconciliation,
2) Send you a red alert when your bank balance is running low,
3) Billing,
4) Payroll,
5) Accounts Payable and Receivables,
6) Quarterly financial review,
7) Monthly/Due-date reminders, to prevent late fees and hurt credit scores,
8) Organized your bills,
9) Tracking services, or
10) File Claims
Here is how we work:
1) Let us know what you need us to do.
2) We will have an overview of:
a) the project, or
b) your business and its operation.
3) We will then assign one of our staff for your project.
4) Agree on a starting date for us to begin work.
5) You will either fax or scan the documents to us.
6) Our staff will update your information.
7) You will be able to view the completed work either:
a) on your computer, or
b) in your e-mail inbox.
8) We will submit an invoice to you at the end of the project. Otherwise, we
will bill you at the end of each month, whichever is shorter.
9) Invoices are due upon receipt.
10) Payment can be made by one of the following, in the order of preference:
a) Online payment, or
b) Check.
