The online package includes the following services:
1) Bank deposit and reconciliation
2) Send you a red alert when bank balance is running low
3) Billing
4) Payroll (with 10 employees or less)
5) Accounts Payable and Receivables
6) Quarterly financial review.
The monthly Quickbooks Online subscription fees will be waived.
Here is how we work:
1) We will have an overview of your business and its operation.
2) Agree on a starting date for us to begin work.
3) Regular package pick-ups and drop-offs will be determined before the actual
starting date.
4) We will update your information on Quickbooks online and you will be able to
view all the current information instantly.
5) You can print your Balance Sheet or Income Statement instantly.
6) We will submit an invoice to you at the end of each month and they are due
upon receipt.
In order to be more efficient in our operations, we are limiting our clients to place
their requests for up to 4 transactions each month. The related fees are as follows:
Fees for Over-the-limit request:
1) $10 for each accounting detail for e.g. a check copy deposited on 10/08/2006.
Fees for Overnight request:
1) Rush fee of $100 for each transaction.
