| Q: After we fill out the Contact Form, how long will it take to get a response back from you? A: We will get back to you as soon as one of our staff is available, usually within 24 hours if not sooner, on a business day. Q: How do we get started? A: After you submit the Contact Form, we will make sure we understand your needs. Next, we will prepare an Engagement Letter, followed by Account Setup. Q: We have gone through so many accountants, how do we know that we can trust your work/service? A: Well, we have been around since 2001 and we have our own standards to meet but we would also like to meet your expectations, too. Q: We are just starting out and we need someone to do our books. Can you send someone to our office on a regular basis? A: We can certainly schedule one of our staff to work at your office on a regular basis but it will have to depend on their availabilities. Q: We do not need someone to come in to the office. Will you still be able to help us? A: Yes, definitely. If the data is on your computer, with your permission, we can connect via the internet to access your computer. Otherwise, you can either fax or scan the documents to us, and we will update your records from there. Once they are completed, you can view them at your own leisure. Q: I am not computer-literate. Can I still use your service? A: Most certainly. Depending on your needs, we can always print you the financial statements on a monthly or quarterly basis, whichever you prefer and we will deliver it right to your doorstep. Q: When will you bill us for your service? A: We bill our clients at the end of the project or at the end of each month, whichever is shorter. Q: How do I pay you for your service? A: You can either setup automatic transfer to pay online or by check on a monthly basis. |
